WHAT IS HMHB

We help kids help themselves with the most important education of all-- themselves!

We deliver a digital program package of comprehensive, accessible, and fun self-help tools that utilize daily awareness training, kinetic psychology, and character education for kids ages 2-18 to develop their personal hopefulness, motivation, and adaptability for life. We aim to teach ways to achieve the harmony of thoughts, words, & actions.

Our Mission: to help kids help themselves, by providing them the opportunity to receive a fine education OF themselves.

Our AIM: to provide accessible resources that serve as a standard of mind-body wellness in our education and family systems.

OUR HOPE: for educations, students, and families to apply these practices & concepts to experience for themselves the life-long benefit & potential of their innate awareness.
