Follow along and see what you experience. Watch the videos as much as you need to be able to do daily practice on your own. You can also practice with Zen Frog's Journey To Inner Space video.

Start practicing morning and night. Try it for at least three weeks everyday to really see how you feel.

Download and print the HANDOUTS and the first two weeks of our WORKBOOK to help you even more with daily practice and face it & erase it tools. Then keep doing the daily practice along with using the face it & erase it tools everyday!
